  • Minimum Reservation: All reservations are booked at a 2 hour minimum.

  • Additional Charges: Local fuel fees, tolls, and parking fees will be added after the ride completion.

  • Credit Card Fee: There is a credit card fee of 4% that is added to all reservations. We do not accept cash or checks.

  • Gratuity: An automatic 20% gratuity is applied to all reservations. Additional gratuity is at the customer's discretion.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 2 hours of the booked time will be charged at the full rate. Cancellation policies may differ by region and country.

  • Damage Fees: Any smoking or accidental damages will incur a charge ranging from $250 to $500.

  • Event Pricing: Event pricing may have different minimums and cancellation policies. It is the client's responsibility to seek clarification on these terms.

  • Credit Card Pre-Authorization: We require credit card pre-authorizations 24 hours prior to the reservation, depending on location and event. All reservations require a credit card and will not be confirmed without it.
